14. Dispute Resolution

14.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND PRECISION ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements you enter into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Precision Engineering Solutions regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

15.2 Severability

These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights in any individual or entity that is not a party to these Terms.
